They have offices around the globe and their devices have been used for the lighting for shows on “Broadway”, the ticket machines on New York subways, parking meters in Amsterdam etc.

They seek a Product Application Engineer to be responsible for providing pre-sales and post sales support for their software and hardware products. Duplicates customer problems and recommends solutions to customer application questions. Works with marketing and engineering to enhance design, reliability, and maintenance features of existing products. Works with technical training staff, marketing and engineering to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Aids technical training staff in course development including laboratory experiments and course material.

You will need to degree qualified in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering and have 1 or more years experience in developing troubleshooting network software and hardware applications.

SKILLS – C, Visual C++, Windows, Visual Basic, Delphi, or any Active X compatible Rapid Application Development (RAD)

**Candidates with a second European language and industry experience in embedded controller design and programming, and/or building automation will be highly favoured**
